1.Fit one bead of the tire into the rim evenly.

2.Inflate the inner tube slightly, insert it between the tire and rim, and pass the valve through the rim hole.

3.Press the other bead into the rim by hand (avoid using tire levers to prevent punctures).

4.Inflate to the standard pressure marked on the tire sidewall and check the fit.
